TEXAS TWINS
Rival siblings are separated by 30 miles of suburbs. Fort Worth was born to the military in 1841 and raised as a cattle-drive cowtown. Dallas, founded in 1842, has accessorized an endless horizon with skyscrapers, corporate headquarters, and social glitz. Though pumped by oil and gas, Dallas lacks Fort Worth's room to expand. Together, the twins make a powerhouse center of diverse industries.
